Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?No you do not have to be at home unless there is no where we can leave the order . Eg locked gates, no verge etc. Bulka Bags and Paving are placed on the verge (unless it is safe to place elsewhere- this is at the delivery persons discretion) Steel ,Gabions and smaller items will be placed somewhere safe. Please leave out a note if you have specific instructions.

How long from ordering can I expect my delivery?Usually your order is received by 3pm on a Tuesday, you will receive your delivery the following Friday. You are welcome to send a text to 0406664550 or email Julie@dalestone.com.au (emails and texts welcome 24 hours) If you wish to confirm prior to ordering. Lead times can be affected with product and transport availability, especially during peak times.

Do you advise me when you are coming ?We will advise a day, but unfortunately as we have many loads on boards or orders may be with subcontractors we do not give times. If you do need to give us access you are welcome to text 0406664550 on the day of delivery and we will see if we can provide a guide.

How do I collect products?You can order small items for collection form Cardup. You will be notified when it is ready to collect. We are not a store so please do not just turn up as we do not hold all stock here. Some items are collected directly from the wholesalers. Dale Stone Products are also available to purchase directly from other stockists also. You can see a list of these stockists at www.dalestone.com.au. We may organise delivery for you on some products and larger orders directly from our wholesalers.

What do I do if I need to add to my Order?If it is over the minimum for free delivery, then simply place a new order and we will automatically deliver together. If under the minimum delivery fee, please email Julie @dalestone.com.au with your requirements and we will manually add to your order and send out an invoice for payment. Alternatively, you can order online as a collection on checkout, so you do not incur a delivery fee. Put in the notes that you would like it delivered with an order already placed. If you are waiting on an order that had a delivery fee applied and your new order takes it in to free delivery pricing, you will receive a credit/refund for the delivery fee. This does not apply if your order has already been dispatched.

Can I get a discount for larger Orders?We offer Free delivery over a minimum amount ,however for large orders you are welcome to email your order to Julie@dalestone.com.au and we can provide a quote. Also see our weekly specials.

What is included with the steel edgingThe ground spikes and Joiners are included. Tek screws and brace posts ( may be required for 240mm plus) need to be ordered separately.

What do I do if I am unsure about my quantities?You are welcome to email your measurements to Julie@dalestone.com.au and we can send out a quote. We will come back to you with any further questions we have to assist in estimating quantities.

Why should I Order Midland Brick and Urban Stone Products with you?Paving is in short supply at the moment. We can secure most products with $100 deposit and the balance when it is ready. We will keep in touch on your behalf on dates and availability. We can also find what alternatives are availabel immediately if the job is urgent. As we use our own team for deliveries, as soon as it is ready it is delivered out to you. We offer a forklift or a Hiab delivery Option and you will find our transport is very competitive , often meaning we can quote the best prices.
